We want you to love your instrument. If it isn’t right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Eligibility
- Return requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Item in good condition with all included accessories and packaging.
How to start a return
Email care@vigiva.com with your order number. We’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping (if any) is non-refundable.
Exchanges
Prefer a different instrument? Start a return and place a new order, or email us and we’ll help you swap.
2-year warranty
Beyond the trial window, every Vigiva instrument is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails under normal use, email care@vigiva.com for a repair or replacement.
