Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by tracking as soon as your instrument ships.
Shipping rates & delivery
- United States — free standard shipping on every order, typically 3–7 business days.
- International — available to most countries; rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 3 business days of dispatch, email care@vigiva.com and we’ll help.
Delays
Carrier delays, weather, and customs can occasionally affect delivery. We’ll always help you locate a delayed parcel.
Wrong or damaged items
If your instrument arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at care@vigiva.com with a photo and we’ll make it right.
